I'm a Walker and a Talker!

My Month of Firsts!

I figured out this walking stuff at 8 1/2 months (good voting people...mom says I should have you vote for the winning lotto numbers...). My YaYa says that my Uncle Josh learned to walk pretty early too, so I must take after him. I know mom was a slow learner, but I am not too sure about dad, maybe he learned early too. We are going to go shoe shopping this week since now I always want to walk wherever we go! I think I'm going to go for pink Velcro sneakers. What do you guys think?

I also said my first word - "dada" of course. In the last few weeks I've also turned "dada" into "daddy" and something that sounds eerily like "die! die! die!" At least it is Halloween appropriate. Last night I also said what sounded like "baba" Mom and dad aren't too sure what it meant (I don't eat from a bottle), so they'll have to see what "baba" means.

Oh and I also have SIX teeth now. Four on top and two on the bottom. This means I can eat pretty much anything mom and dad throw my way! I love those Gerbers rice puff things. Thanks Aunty Esther for the reccommendation!

Pumpkin Patch Fun!

Today I got my Halloween pumpkin. It weighs more than me!!! I also sat on a HUGE pumpkin, played with some really tiny pumpkins, and had a super fun day at the Dallas Farmer's Market with mom and dad. Check out my photos below:

Boston Vacation

Mom and I went to Boston last weekend to visit Aunt Sarah. We had such a good time. While we were there I got to play with Stephen and Mary, who were so much fun. We did pedicures, made a huge puzzle (I ate the pieces), and went apple picking. Here are some photos from my adventures:

This is my aunt Sarah playing with me.

This is everyone at the Tougas Family Farm.

I love apples!

Mary and me as sunflowers...

Here I am picking the some Honey Crisp apples... delicious!

Here we are at the pumpkin patch...

and with my mom...

I loved both of these, but mom said we couldn't get them back on the airplane.
